Technical Team Assistant (m/f/d)

for construction project governance and technical real estate consulting

As a technical team assistant, you will work on project governance, controlling and consulting mandates in a team led by an experienced project manager.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team in quality, cost and deadline controlling tasks
  • Producing protocols, reports and other written documents
  • Helping with decision-making, change, cost monitoring and approval processes
  • Project plan and document management
  • Team assignment and deadline management
  • Supporting the office management team where needed

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a draughtsperson or technical system planner (for supply engineering / equipment technology / electrical engineering)
  • Excellent German skills (at least level C2) and good English skills
  • A proactive, precise and reliable working approach
  • A helpful and accommodating character with the ability to think for others
