This accessible residential building used as assisted accommodation is connected to the senior care centre of the Augustenstift foundation in Schwerin, for which Büro Franke was awarded first prize in an open architectural competition. Büro Frank was subsequently contracted to take on all performance phases 1–8, from the design to the site management.
