Büro Franke was awarded first prize in an investor competition for the construction of a new residential and commercial building in Wentorf located directly next to the town hall. The complex was required to contain shops, offices, surgeries and residential units, all of which can be accessed via a central passage. Büro Franke was commissioned to handle all performance phases from the design to site management (performance phases 1–9).
