The conversion of the former marine propeller factory in Hamburg’s Ottensen quarter contains a passage, cultural shops, cafés, restaurants, a library and administrative offices of the “Hamburger Filmbüro” film association and the Zeise-Kino cinema. Büro Franke handled the site management (performance phase 8) on behalf of the architecture firm behind the project, Medium Architekten.
