The planning of the reconstruction and new construction of the headquarters of the Sparkasse bank in Kiel was devised by the architecture firm BRT Architekten, which contracted Büro Franke to handle the site management. One of the special features of the building is its arched roof elements with a filigree concrete structure, which were manufactured as complete prefabricated parts and transported across Europe.
