This multi-family building in Hamburg’s Wellingsbüttel quarter was designed to be a low-energy building. It contains two family-friendly maisonette flats, each covering three floors, and a penthouse flat that can be accessed via the straight central stairwell. Büro Franke handled all performance phases from the design to site management (performance phases 1–8).
