At the new Group headquarters of the rail company DB Netz AG, Franke & Thomsen handled the technical project management on behalf of the buyer in dealings with the consortium of sellers during the project development and until the transaction was closed. In the post-closing phase, Franke & Thomsen is managing the services provided by the general contractor for the owner company and performing consulting services for the investor.
