This property is part of the “TOP 5 Portfolio”, which represented the third-largest real estate transaction in Germany in 2019. In this project, Franke & Thomsen provided consulting services regarding investment and asset management in the post-closing phase of the transaction and managed extensive measures for the rectification of defects and various other measures in the individual objects, as well as monitoring the remodelling work performed by the tenant.
