The Neuer Zollhof building ensemble in Düsseldorf was designed by Frank Gehry in the USA and comprises three buildings featuring different materials and different structural shapes. Büro Franke represented the buyer of this middle building with a stainless steel façade in its dealings with the project developer / seller, which included accompanying the project during the construction phase and conducting negotiations to ensure compliance with the design and building quality specifications stipulated in the contract.
