The Rocket Tower, a high-rise building formerly known as the GSW-Hochhaus, was fully gutted and restored to subsequently be repositioned and re-let. The main tenants of the building are Rocket Internet and the Federation of German Consumer Organisations (Verbraucherzentrale Bundesverband – vzbv). The properties were sold during the course of the project. Franke & Thomsen handled the project management on behalf of the buyer for completion of the project following the acquisition.
